Reiki is a holistic energy healing technique that restores balance to the body, mind, and spirit. Originating in Japan in the early 1900s by Mikao Usui, Reiki is based on the idea that universal life force energy—what the Japanese call Ki—flows through all living things.
When this energy is low or blocked, it can lead to physical or emotional imbalances. Reiki helps clear energetic blockages, realign the seven chakras, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
